Asset classes

The Asset classes page is where you can manage the target allocations for your asset classes, create new asset classes, update exisiting asset classes, or delete existing asset classes.

Updating target allocations

To change a target allocation for an asset class, expand the asset class, then use the slider and/or the buttons to adjust the allocation.

tip

As you adjust allocations, the progress bar at the top helps you keep track of how much is currently allocated/unallocated.

Update allocations as needed, then choose Save when done. You can undo pending changes by choosing Undo.

Managing asset classes

To create a new asset class, choose New class at the bottom of the list. On the asset class creation page, fill the required data then choose Create.

To update an existing asset class, expand the asset class, then use settings icon on the sidebar.

You can delete an existing asset class by editing it, then choosing Delete.

note

Note that deleting an asset class will automatically delete all its associated assets.
